WTP2 - Deployment of the TAAFE model in the Alpine Space pilot areas

The documents define the operational rules of TRIO working modality and the communication pathways to be used  with older people and stakeholders.

Pilot priority domains

The TAAFE project sustains an approach oriented at matching generally adopted top-down paradigm of creating and delivering services with a bottom-up model. According to this, the intent of co-design practice in TAAFE is primarily to identify a key element that is priority for both seniors’ population and policy makers, in order to develop then a concrete, accessible and sustainable solution to it. To this end community, stakeholders and local institutions are initially involved in a needs assessment process that aims to outline three of the eight domains of age-friendly environments on which interest seems to be focused.

The document presents a summary of the first steps of the co-design undertaken, showing the specificities acquired in each pilot site. It describes the actors involved, the methodology adopted to manage the process and the associated dynamics. It then focuses on the needs assessment and finally on the three domains that derive from it, highlighting the reasons for their relevance in the local context.

Pilot implementation plan

This document gathers the most significant information on the chosen priority and the key passages and actions that will lead to its realization in the form of service for the community. To this end, it considers the following aspects: the characteristics that contribute to making the priority cross-sectoral; the elements qualifying it as a meeting point between community needs, policymakers and decision-makers strategies; the actions identified to implement it, the actors effectively involved, the division of tasks between them and, finally, the planning of the process.

Deployment of the TAAFE model in the Alpine Space pilot areas

This document aims to collect the results of the TAAFE model concretization. It adopts a lessons-learned approach with the intent to provide a timely account of the entire process - from the identification of the TRIO to the planning of the priority- focusing on the principal strengths and challenges encountered.

Manual for TAAFE Alpine Space Deployment

This document aims to provide indications for the implementation of the TAAFE model. It describes its main elements and delivers operational recommendations for its concretization.  It is a synthesis of the theoretical/methodological framework and indications based on findings and results from its implementation in different social and cultural contexts that face similar challenges and opportunities connected to population aging. To make this deliverable effective at local level it has been

Municipalities TAAFe model implementation manual

The manual is an operational tool addressed to municipalities and public authorities in the Alpine Space wishing to initiate a participative process in order to implement services capable of intercepting the needs and desires of citizens, especially senior ones.

It provides an overview of the theoretical background underlying the participatory process and practical suggestions for its implementation coming from the lesson learned in the pilot sites
