Enhancing capacities for a pluralistic Alpine Space


  • PlurAlps Final Conference

    Pluralism as a strength of the Alps: this is what ten organisations in the PlurAlps project have been committed to. At the final conference in Bolzano/I on 10th and 11th of October, they presented the results, including an innovation toolbox for integration and political recommendations.

  • Stories of escaping and arriving

    How can cultural diversity and pluralism become a strength of society? How do we want to deal with each other in the future? These questions and the results of the PlurAlps project were discussed on 25th of September 2019 in Dornbirn, Austria. One focus was the pilot activities in the Bregenzerwald in Austria accompanied by the Regio-V and the Regio Bregenzerwald, another one was the pilot region Valle Stura in Italy supported by CIPRA International Lab.

  • Book chapter on the PlurAlps experience in the Bregenzerwald

    PlurAlps project coordinator Robert Moosbrugger wrote an article for an international book on migration. Under the heading " Migrant Social Inclusion: Experiences from the Bregenzerwald and EU-funded Projects" it has just been published.

  • The Report on the Pilot Municipalities is now available!

    Where do the PlurAlps pilot territories stand in terms of welcoming services and integration offers? Which challenges do they face, which services are already in places and what is needed to improve and further shape welcoming in the territories? Next to a snapshot from the pilots regarding the status quo, a future outlook is given as well as a few stories of success and lessons learned.



  • Public meeting on the project results in Val di Sole

    On Friday 14th June, at the assembly hall of the Valle di Sole Community Fondazione Franco Demarchi held a public presentation of the results achieved in their pilot regions in the frame of the PlurAlps Project.
