Recipes from apple pomace flour

This recipe book is the result of the collective work of the AlpBioEco project partners BC NAKLO, EnviPark and GZS who worked on the apple value chain. One of the selected business models addressed the possibilities of using the side streams from apple processing industry for producing the apple pomace flour that can be further used for baking. All the recipes from this book contain the apple pomace flour and were prepared by bakery chefs in Italy and Slovenia. AlpBioEco project partners assure you that all the bakery products from this book are easy to make and simply delicious. With them you can easily impress your guests at any time and contribute to the greener and more sustainable future.
